Hi there! I’m Caela the Doula.

I am a birth and postpartum doula. Becoming a birth worker has been in my heart since the birth of my 3lb 8oz fighter, 20 years ago. I created HER birth doula services to help educate woman during pregnancy and beyond. At HER birth doula services we believe in having “your birth your way”. “Your birth your way” speaks to the power that you have within and the power that comes from being informed. I want to help women take back their power and own their birthing experiences. Birth is a natural process that should be honored not altered. As your Doula, I’m here to remind you of that very thing.

My Goal is to provide

My goal is to provide the resources and support needed to help families make the best decisions for their birthing experiences. I am also passionate about making doula services available to teen mothers that may not otherwise receive the support that they need.

Here are things to expect from me as your Doula.

2.Support and resources to help educate both you and your partner before, during and after labor and delivery (so you are aware of ALL your options)

3.Checklist for both you and baby all things needed for home and or hospital birth.

4.Most importantly I’m here to help you create a space that’s best suited for the birthing experience you deserve!
